Collaborative Inquiry
Collaborative Inquiry is about sharing, building, and embedding ideas.
Collaborative inquiry involves groups of educators, in partnership with boys, identifying existing strengths in relation to embedding the TBS principles and opportunities to build upon these strengths. An appreciative, affirming, and strengths based approach ensures that both educators and boys are motivated to engage in collaborative inquiry and experience the process as uplifting.
Collaborative inquiry creates space for both reflective, reflexive, and transformative practice.
Reflective practice invites introspection, exploring and building both individual and collective knowledge, skills, and values.
Reflexive practice concentrates on examining the structures and systems that can enable or hinder relational practices and the power we have individually and collectively to change these.
Transformative practice is about taking action for change.
